commissions from anyone needing real estate services anywhere in our extensive network. As a
licensed salesperson or broker associate, you can only earn a real estate commission if you are
affiliated with a Principal Broker. The Indiana Real Estate Commission is not a Principal Broker. It is
considered a violation of the current licensing law if you hold an unassigned license and accept any
payments directly from a broker or salesperson for your leads. In order to facilitate that type of
relationship a licensed Real Estate Broker, such as REAL ESTATE REFERRAL GROUP, must hold your
license.
- FREE MEMBERSHIP — if you have a referral that results in a closing during any year of membership,
your next year’s administration fee will be waived.
- ACTIVE LICENSE — your license remains active as we serve as your principal broker. The Indiana
Real Estate Commission will only hold a license in an “inactive” status for two (2) consecutive renewal
periods. If it has not been assigned to a Principal Broker, it will become void. A void license may not
be renewed.
- NO CONTINUING EDUCATION is required — you are not required to take continuing education classes
nor have the expense if your license is held by REAL ESTATE REFERRAL GROUP.
- QUOTAS — With REAL ESTATE REFERRAL GROUP you have no quotas.
- OPPORTUNITIES NATIONWIDE — you can earn commissions from anyone that is relocating anywhere
in the country, not only in Indiana.
- REFERRAL FEE — you receive 80% of the total referral commission on all qualified residential and
commercial referrals received by our company.
- RESOURCES — Referrals will be given to an agent designated by you or a sales associate of RE/MAX
at the Crossing. We have relationships with over 1,500 qualified agents in Indiana and over 100,000
agents nationwide to meet the needs of your clients. Be assured that out of state referrals will be
placed with the best companies, and agents suited to fit the needs of your referral.
